Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 90 days before the conference start date with a $99 service charge fee. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@alternativemedicineconference.com

Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:

  • Cancellation requests before 60 days of the conference start date – 50% Refund.
  • Cancellation requests within 60 days of the conference start date NO REFUND of registration fees

No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, pandemics, natural calamities, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, etc or other conditions or circumstances beyond Conference Committee’s control.

Hotel Cancellations:

Hotel cancellations made after June 20, 2023 must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the respective hotel.
